Mark is passionate about all aspects of audio and he is relentless in promoting and obtaining the best quality sound recording possible. For my fantasy drama ‘MAIKEN’ I presented Mark with a full range of challenges from exteriors, interiors, aircraft, armour and a medieval battle. His superb skills (coupled with extensive industry experience) were such that he took all of these in his stride and delivered a superb soundtrack for our film. In post-production, Mark’s soundscape and mix would surpass a radio drama’s expectations. His audio combined with our cinematography took ‘MAIKEN’ to a whole new level. The ‘icing on the cake’ is Mark’s Dolby 5.1 mix for our Premiere West End Screening.

I heard about what Mark did in May of 2021 whilst constructing a documentary for my local area in the midlands. I finally gave Mark a call in September to help me out with some video recording of a beach as my team couldn’t make it in time for a days work. Upon getting in contact with Mark we got onto a conversation about some sound that I recorded but it wasn’t the greatest. He said that he will be able to clean it up and get it back to me within a few days to a week. Mark gave me the fastest turnaround ever, the next day it was all done and sent back to me with extras!!! Mark recorded and added some beach sounds to the video for the extra effect they were then used in the end credits of the documentary. My mind was blown by how professional and fast his service is, I would highly recommend him.
